Owners and married couple Jan & Emily started their story on the first day they met.

A lifelong and accomplished chef, Jan has worked in multiple countries in multiple kitchens, serving a multitude of food. Jan's passion for pizza was realised over the lockdown period when he decided to take his food to the masses.

With her life now lovingly devoted to their 1 year old son, Honza, Emily's dedication to gold standard front-of-house service has made her role indispensable. She handles the social media, finances and the ever-important enquiries from new and regular customers alike.

When the pandemic struck, work began. They started construction on their hand-crafted, wood-fired oven in their unique and unmistakable trailer...

 That's where the story began.

Their love of freshly-sourced ingredients, loyalty to local businesses and friendly service enables them to  create delicious, hand-made Pizzas.
